Thank you for your interest in Sadie Tarot London. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before requesting a tarot reading or purchasing a spell.
1. Tarot Readings & Astrological Charts
1.1 Sadie Tarot London offers tarot readings and astrological charts for entertainment purposes only.
1.2 These services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
1.3 Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over.
1.4 All readings and charts are confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
1.5 Sadie Tarot London reserves the right to refuse any request without providing a reason.
1.6 Recorded tarot readings come with a 24-hour or 48-hour delivery guarantee from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered by 10 pm the following Monday (UK time).
1.7 Fast delivery is only available Monday to Thursday. Orders made between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following week.
1.8 Astrological charts are custom-made and will be delivered within 7 days of purchase.
1.9 Sadie Tarot London does not guarantee the outcome of any reading or chart, and is not liable for how the information is used.
2. Payment
2.1 Full payment is required in advance for all services.
2.2 Payments are made securely through the Sadie Tarot London website.
2.3 Sadie Tarot London reserves the right to change prices or payment terms at any time without notice.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
3.3 Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Sadie Tarot London.
3.4 If you need to reschedule, please contact Sadie Tarot London at least 24 hours in advance. You may rebook within 30 days of your original appointment.
3.5 If no new date is arranged within that period, the session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
4. Liability
4.1 Sadie Tarot London is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from a tarot reading or astrological chart.
4.2 Sadie Tarot London is not liable for technical delays, interruptions, or errors during the service process.
4.3 Information provided in readings or charts is for reflection only. How it is interpreted or used is your sole responsibility.
By purchasing a tarot reading or astrological chart, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
